Pay attention!
– Tickets that are not used during the season will not be refunded or exchanged.
– Damaged tickets will be deemed invalid.
NO NEED TO PRINT YOUR E-TICKET. JUST USE YOUR SMART DEVICE TO DISPLAY YOUR TICKET.
Tickets to the theme park will be checked at the Lotte Village entrance.
A pre-purchased train ticket allows you to board the train right away and await its departure; the driver will check the validity of your ticket right before departure.
If you purchased your parking ticket online and wish to exit the car park, you will need a parking token, which you can obtain from the ticket office at the Lotte Village entrance.
Tickets you can purchase either in the car park, at the Lotte Village entrance or from the ticket office at the beach.
Methods of payment – Both cash (in euros) and card payments are accepted for tickets, food and services.
Pay attention!
– Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for children in the territory of Lotte Village.
– Unfortunately we cannot allow pets to be taken to the theme park.
