Internal rules of the theme park
- By purchasing a ticket to the Lotte Village theme park, you are confirming that you have read and agree with the internal rules of the theme park.
- THE DAY TICKET or HAND STAMP allows you to visit the theme park on the specific date you exchange the ticket for the stamp.
- By presenting the stamp you can exit and enter the theme park throughout the day of your visit without having to purchase a new ticket.
- The staff of the theme park has the right to check hand stamps and if a visitor fails to present one, to escort them out of the premises of the theme park.
- The entrance of the theme park offers stickers for children in case of getting lost. We recommend writing the phone number of the parent or accompanying adult on the child’s sticker. Please place the sticker in a visible spot on the child’s clothing. This makes it easier for us to find the lost parents.
- The children in the theme park ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIRPARENTS OR ACCOMPANYING ADULTS. The parents, guardians or accompanying adults are obligated to keep an eye on the children they accompany in the theme park. The staff of Lotte Village takes no responsibility for and does not monitor children on the premises or attractions.
- THE BEACH AREA is outside the theme park territory and is for public use. Bathing and swimming will be at your own discretion as the beach does not have a lifeguard service. You need to present a stamp to our staff member when returning from the beach.
- THE ADVENTURE PARK on the territory is intended for public use and climbing on the adventure trail is allowed only under the supervision of an adult.
- PARKING FOR QUESTS IS PAID, the car park is unmonitored. In summer, it is open for visitors from 9:45-18:15 and in winter from 11:45-16:15. Cars, trailers and other vehicles with visible advertising purposes are allowed only with our written consent.
- Please BE POLITE to all visitors and playmates in the theme park and follow the general rules of good conduct and manners.
- Pets, even small and well-behaved ones, are NOT ALLOWED in the theme park.
- Riding on bicycles, skateboards and roller skates, etc. is NOT ALLOWED on the premises of the theme park.
- Smoking is PROHIBITED on the premises of the theme park (except in designated areas).
- Consumption of alcohol is PROHIBITED on the premises of the theme park (except in designated areas).
- Damaging and plundering the trees, bushes, flowers, mushrooms, etc. in the park is PROHIBITED.
- Use the attractions, games and other equipment in the park CAREFULLY AND RESPONSIBLY.
- Do not litter and always PUT LITTER IN TRASH BINS Please follow the rules of waste sorting.
- We kindly ask the visitors NOT TO ENTER the buildings, areas or rooms of the theme park that are closed to the public without the permission of a staff member.
- NOTIFY A STAFF MEMBER IMMEDIATELY in case of an accident or injury if or you notice something dangerous – violation of rules, flooding, a fire, etc.
- Keep an eye on your PERSONAL BELONGINGS (bags, mobile phones, keys etc). The Lotte Village theme park is not responsible for damages related to the loss, theft or damaging of the personal belongings of visitors.

- The staff of the theme park HAS THE RIGHT TO REMOVE QUESTS who do not comply with the internal rules of the park.
- The staff of the theme park is always ready to explain the requirements and recommendations of the internal rules. In case of problems, we recommend contacting a member of the staff. WE ARE EAGER TO HELP YOU!
