Lotte Village does not handle sensitive personal information as defined under the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL.

Collection and use of personal data

The collection of Lotte Village visitors’ personal data takes place with the consent of the visitor in the following ways: :
– Submission of contact details (name and email address) via our website or on site at the theme park
– Submission of contact details (name and email address) for (lottery) campaign tickets
– Pre-purchase of tickets via our e-ticket environment, Fienta.com

All personal data received when joining Lotte Village or during campaigns are treated as confidential information.

Through the personal data we collect, we provide visitors with information about Lotte Village’s marketing news, campaigns and events. If you do not wish to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link at the end of the newsletter. Changes will take effect immediately.

Protection of personal data

Lotte Village takes all precautionary measures (including administrative, technical, and physical methods) to protect visitors’ personal data. Permissions for the editing and processing of personal data is granted only to authorised persons. Lotte Village does not distribute personal data to third parties.
