ORGANISING SUMMER DAYS

Lotte Village has everything it takes to organise perfect company summer days for entire families!
We offer an inspiring and colourful environment located in the seaside woods of Pärnu County and a full-day programme – performances, a concert, a marathon, sports games, activities and discoveries for the smallest members of the family as well as their parents; a restaurant and several cafés, and most importantly – fairy-tale characters who make every event memorable.

The Lotte Village Theme Park can host events with up to 2,000 participants. Depending on the number of participants, the event may be held privately outside the opening hours of Lotte Village or when the theme park is open to the public.

HAVING AN EVENT DURING THE OPENING HOURS OF LOTTE VILLAGE:

Our beautiful summer is the best time for organising family summer days and company events. From 10 June to 27 August 2023, we can host events with up to 500 participants during the opening hours of the theme park. You, your colleagues and their families can all enjoy the bustle of village life, performances and concerts, go on adventures and discover our attractions. We can also arrange group catering and a private area for the official part of your event.

Discount price:

– for 20-200 participants €21 per person
– for 201-500 participants €19 per person
The full price is €26 per person. The prices include VAT.

For an additional fee, you can order:

– Snacks, coffee and tea
– Catering
– Transportation of participants from the car park to Lotte Village and back
– Parking in the Lotte Village car park (group buses may park free of charge)

– Accommodation with breakfast and spa at the Strand SPA & Conference Hotel in Pärnu

A PRIVATE EVENT JUST FOR YOUR COMPANY:

We open Lotte Village for your company alone to experience our wonderful 4-hour programme. If you wish, we will also arrange catering for the entire group.
Price from €11,700

The offer includes:

– Admittance of up to 1,500 participants during off-season (Mon-Sun from 10.00-18.00).
– An exciting Lotte Village programme with great performances, a concert, sports games and all sorts of fun and games with the beloved Lotte Village characters. Duration of the programme is 4 hours.
– Availability of the car park throughout the event.

VAT is not included.
